60-point requirements checklist

Eight groups from coverage and graphics to security and exit, ready to mark Must, Should or Could.

03

Scoring that holds up

Starting weights, a 0-5 evidence scale and a moderation method, with the Excel matrix doing the arithmetic.

04

The live test

Eight scenarios to make shortlisted bidders prove it on your own data, from feed loss to a penalty shoot-out.

05

Commercials and the exit

One price schedule for every bidder, whole-of-life cost, and the rights you should never sign away.

06

Questions

Is the template biased towards LIGR?+

No. It describes outcomes, not products, and is written so any capable supplier can answer it. We would rather lose a fair tender than win one nobody else could bid for.

Can I edit the documents?+

Yes. The RFP template is a Word document and the scoring matrix is an Excel workbook. Adapt them however you need.
