Three things, in roughly this order. Staff is usually the largest: traditional graphics need one to three trained operators at every match, and that cost repeats for every fixture you produce. Then software licences, typically billed per seat or per venue. Then hardware, which is a capital purchase you depreciate whether or not you use it.
