Chris joins Team LIGR as our first customer experience officer. We are growing our customer experience and support teams so that we can offer LIGR.Live users better support and ensure that everyone can produce successful, TV-quality livestreams.
As a customer experience officer, it’s Chris’s job to make sure that each and every one of our customers have all the tools and information they need to get up and running with the LIGR.Live platform.
With Chris on board, we can now offer all our users a personalized one-to-one call to run through the platform features or answer any questions about live streaming in general. All new LIGR users will receive an email with details on how to book a one-to-one call with Chris or another member of the customer experience team.
Being based in the UK, Chris is available for customer support when our Australia-based team members are offline. This allows us to provide near round-the-clock support and provide one-to-one onboarding sessions for users in any timezone.
